• 04:30 a.m. Pick-up of passengers to head south of Cusco in our transport for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, until we reach the district of Pitumarca, where we will have breakfast.
• We will then continue our journey toward the district of Combapata for another hour, heading to the left bank of the Salka River along an unpaved road. Along this stretch, we will see native alpacas,beautiful mountain landscapes, and the Red River, which looks like it’s made of blood.
• Finally, we will arrive at the community of Palccoyo, located at 4,100 meters above sea level. From this point, we will enjoy privileged views of the colorful Palccoyo mountain range, with its three visible rainbow mountains, as well as a stunning view of the Stone Forest Valley.
• This is an excellent option for those who prefer light hiking. Our professional guide will offer the option of a 40-minute walk to reach higher viewpoints and better appreciate the three colored hills and the Stone Forest.
• After enjoying the landscape and taking photos, we will return to Cusco along the same route, having lunch in Pitumarca along the way.
• 04:30 p.m. Arrival in Cusco, near the Plaza de Armas.
